Buist Byars & Taylor LLC is looking for a qualified estate/tax planning attorney to lead our talented team and grow the department. Experience working with high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of their estate plans (wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements) is essential, along with probate, corporate and transactional matters.
