Amber N. Mufale Partner

Amber N. Mufale is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate department at Buist Byars & Taylor.

Amber’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and closings. She represents clients in purchases and divestitures, drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, reviewing title and due diligence, and SBA and construction loan closings. She also has experience with business entity formation, licensing agreements, construction contracts and legal opinions.

Amber earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University. She is a fashion addict who enjoys travelling and going to concerts in her free time. She is actively involved in the Charleston community and can often be found at a gala supporting one of Charleston’s many local organizations.
