Buist Byars & Taylor represented FrontDoor Communities in its recent acquisition of land and assets of Mixson in North Charleston, near Park Circle.

The FrontDoor deal includes residential lots, Mixson Bath & Racquet Club, Mixson Market, and Basico restaurant. Land for future development is a part of the agreement as well.

FrontDoor plans to develop 171 single-family homes on the unbuilt portion of the property.  In addition, they plan to work with Eastwood Homes of Charlotte to build 80 townhomes.
