Joseph L. Garcia III has been promoted to senior associate attorney with Buist Byars & Taylor LLC.  He primarily handles residential real estate matters and helps manage the firm’s Johns Island office, located in Freshfields Village. He joined BBT as an associate in 2009, after interning while attending the University of South Carolina School of Law.  Prior to law school, he graduated magna cum laude from the College of Charleston as a business administration major with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics.
