Joshua Reeves has joined Buist Byars & Taylor LLC as a partner in the Commercial Real Estate department.

His practice focuses on land development for residential subdivisions, retail and office mixed-use projects and industrial transactions. He assists clients with each phase of their projects, including acquisitions, development, financing and dispositions.

He also has experience with planned community governing documents, commercial leases, management contracts, franchise agreements, and real estate regulatory compliance.

Josh graduated from the Emory University School of Law and earned his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia. 

He is based in Buist Byars & Taylor’s Mt. Pleasant office at 652 Coleman Boulevard.
