Lowes Foods, the anchor tenant in the new 74,000 square-foot Market at Mill Creek Shopping Center in Mount Pleasant will open on April 3.

Buist Byars & Taylor represented the buyers for this 16-acre property, which is being developed by Adams Property Group and Armada Hoffler Properties.

Market at Mill Creek will offer more shopping/dining/service options in the rapidly growing area of SC Highway 41 near Dunes West. Sea Island Urgent Care, Fuji Sushi, Mill Creek Spirits, and Sweet Frog Yogurt are expected to open soon. Additional businesses in another building are also in progress, expected to open over the summer, and an outparcel remains available.
