Jana Jones Director of Operations

Jana has worked in the legal profession for over 25 years and for Buist Byars & Taylor since 1999.  She started as a paralegal handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, then became Director of Operations for the firm in 2006.  In this position, she supports BBT’s performance, human capital management and information technology, as well as the day-to-day operations for the firm.

Jana grew up in Summerville, South Carolina, and now that she and her husband are empty nesters, they get to be “kids” again, preferring to be outdoors – hiking, camping or hopping around the islands on their boat.
