Maria was born and raised in Charleston. She attended the University of South Carolina and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Art. She later received her Paralegal Certificate. She has 25+ years as a real estate paralegal, focusing on commercial real estate the last 15 years.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and just being home. She is very dedicated to her family, including their spoiled rotten rescue pups.
