Ashley M. Blum Partner

Partner Ashley Blum manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s residential real estate practice based in the Mount Pleasant office.

In recent years, Ashley’s practice has been primarily focused on real estate matters, including the sale or refinance of both residential and commercial properties. She has drafted and examined contracts, leases, agreements and waivers, and has developed relationships with real estate agents, builders and lenders.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Law and Society with a minor in Psychology, along with cum laude honors, at Ramapo College of New Jersey.  She received her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, making the Dean’s List and winning the CALI Award for excellence in legal research.

Ashley and her husband, Wayne, live West of the Ashley with their dog, a boxer named Wyatt she loves spoiling. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is a loyal Boston Celtics fan.
