Seth P. Saunders Senior Associate

Seth P. Saunders is a senior associate in Buist Byars & Taylor’s Tax, Estate Planning and Probate department. He enthusiastically guides clients through the estate planning process, working hand-in-hand to formulate a targeted plan to achieve goals.

Born and raised on Virginia’s Middle Peninsula, Seth earned his Dual B.A. in History & English from the College of William & Mary and was a member of the varsity baseball team. After graduation, he attended the New England School of Law in Boston. Upon graduation in 2009, Seth headed to Washington, DC to pursue an M.B.A. from The George Washington University while working in public relations for the Washington Commanders as a graduate assistant.

Seth began his legal practice as a solo practitioner, founding and operating his own law practice in Richmond, Virginia. In 2020, he moved to Charleston to work for the Bostic Law Group, where his practice focused on estate planning, probate, and residential real estate. Seth joined Buist Byars & Taylor in 2022 and is based in the firm’s Mount Pleasant office.

In his spare time, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, eating his way through the Holy City, podcasting, attempting to improve his meager golf game, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.
