YETI Coolers has signed a 10-year lease to house their second retail store in the U.S. in downtown Charleston.  Buist Byars & Taylor was pleased to represent the landlord in the transaction.

The new store will be located at 360 King Street, between Calhoun and George Streets.  An opening date has not been announced yet.

While YETI products are available online and through select retailers, the company itself currently only operates one brick and mortar location, in Austin, Texas, where YETI is headquartered.  In addition to the new store coming to Charleston, plans are reportedly in the works to add a third store in the Chicago market.
